New Year

All of the students in fourth class have had a very eventful two months since we returned from the Christmas break. We as a class were busy preparing for Peace Proms throughout January while also settling back into school after Christmas. They were also lucky enough to have a trip to Dundrum cinema.

As well as this there were preparations underway for Intercultural day. A number of students from fourth class took part in the parade with Nicoleta and Marius taking part in the traditional Moldovan song and Dance.

A large group from the class went to the RDS on Sunday the 2nd of February where they sang and danced their hearts out. It was a brilliant day with all of the children thoroughly enjoying themselves.

Christmas Show 2019!

As part of the Annual Christmas Show fourth class sang ”somewhere only we know” along with the pupils from 3rd class. Each child gave their utmost and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! It has been a great year and as a class we are looking forward to what’s in store for 2020. From all of us in fourth class Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

4th Class

Over the past few months all of the kids have settled into fourth class extremely well. They have been lucky enough to be involved in a number of different events and days out. This included a trip to Leicester Celtic for a football tournament (photo below), a maths quiz which took place in the school during maths week in which all of the pupils from fourth class worked their very best, a trip to Blanchardstown to prepare for Peace Proms, the Halloween disco, the sponsored walk as well as a number of science events that took place in the school during November. All of the children have engaged well with all of the activities and it is great to see that all of the boys and girls are thoroughly enjoying their time in school.
