Healthy Living Week 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🥕🍒

Namaste! We’ve been doing lots of yoga in the Junior Language Class. We started doing Yoga as part of Healthy Living Week and we noticed that it helps us wind down in the afternoons. It has quickly become one of our favourite activities. We love yoga!

We learned all about healthy food and had our second fruit tasting of the year. We love fruit like blueberries, pomegranates, cherries and mangoes. Grapefruit proved to be decisive!

We opened up our class restaurant and served healthy food to our customers.

We also took part in our school’s Healthy Living Week art competition. We designed healthy fruit and vegetable characters and submitted them to the judges. We had one lucky winner!
